About Me: 

I graduated from the University of California, Riverside in 2010 with a degree in Psychology. In 2014, I completed the Master of Arts in Teaching program at the University of Southern California, with a Gifted and Talented education certificate. I hold my teaching certification in Secondary Social Studies. Currently, I teach a 9th grade Advisory, A.P U.S. Government and Politics, U.S. Government & Economics and A.P. Psychology at Smidt Tech High School. I was born in San Salvador, El Salvador and have been living in beautiful Southern California since I was 2 years old. When i'm not in school, I love to spend time with my two daughters, and when we are not in quarantine, I love to roam Los Angeles in search of the perfect Al Pastor taco.
