Principal Profile
Oscar Romero has over a decade working as an educator. He spent the past 14 years working as an educator. He was one of the founding teachers at Susan and Eric Smidt Tech High School. Later, Mr. Romero became a school administrator encouraging a positive school culture as the dean of students, and he also started the school’s athletic program. Before joining Alliance, Mr. Romero worked as an athletic director, department chair teacher, and teacher support provider at Wallis Annenberg High School/The Accelerated School in South Central Los Angeles. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Saint Mary’s College of California and a master’s degree in Education Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
